Head of Affiliates AsRx since 2009
Once an ordinary Maryland girl, Zia’s move west to Encinitas meant more then just a coast change. Her Muscle Up became as important as her Americano consumption. Elite CrossFit Athlete, CrossFit coach and head of Affiliates AsRx; Zia strives for greatness in everything she does… Did we mention she loves her Starbucks?
Gene Doney
Head of the Design Team since 2010
Manager and Senior Designer of the creative department at Affiliates AsRx with over 15 years design and art direction experience, Gene continues to cement his status as one of the best in the business. With roots that began in the Action Sports industry, Gene is now responsible for most of the designs for Life AsRx retail line and most of Affiliates AsRx early clients. Gene’s wisdom of graphic design truly make him the “Sage” of our design team. Aside from pushing the limits of the Paleo diet, Gene can be found at one of the many coffee houses in Encinitas enjoying a fresh latte.
Heidi Conlin
Project Manager since 2012
Heidi is the newest member of the Life AsRx team. She is a lover of the outdoors and hikes every chance she can get. Her passion at the moment is mountain climbing and she swears she was a monkey in another life. Heidi is the proud mother of 2 amazing girls, and lives in Encinitas loving the laid back beach life style. She is an avid believer in feeding the body, mind, and spirit and meditates or runs to satiate that hunger. You could say she is the hippie of the team with her calm ‘love and let live’ attitude. She firmly believes in Karma and paying it forward.
Nicole Brott
Project Manager since 2012
Nicole comes to Affiliates AsRx through Crossfit Counter Culture. She was introduced to crossfit in 2009 and immediately drank the kool-aid. After putting in some time here and there with Life AsRx she was recently brought on as the newest member of the Affiliates AsRx team. Along with working full-time for Affiliates AsRx, Nicole is also mom to two great, very busy, and active boys. Born in Jamaica and raised in Canada she has now set roots in San Diego and couldn’t think of a better place to raise her children. She is very excited about this new opportunity and the awesome team that she gets to work with!!!
Chase Novelich
Designer Since 2011
Chase has been working in the design industry for three years. He has created designs for 260+ CrossFit affiliates. A fierce competitor in the CrossFit community. When Chase isn’t busy designing, he is squatting low and thrusting high. He is dedicated to giving CrossFit and its affiliates one-hundred and ten percent. Here at Affiliates AsRx we are pissed off for greatness. Because thats what your box deserves!
Joe "TANKERx" Kinney
Designer since 2012
A Fine Arts Major, and long time member of Yoke Nation; TANKERx has served up well over 50 CrossFit Affiliates with stellar designs for their box. When not in the Affiliates AsRx Creative Department you can find him in the nearby Yoke Factory dead lifting weight unimaginable by any ordinary human. Make sure you contact us for a signature “Kinney Design” before his biceps are too huge to allow contact with the keyboard & mouse.
Gus Molina
Designer Since 2012
Hailing from Honduras, and now living in Temecula, CA, Gus is the newest member of the Life AsRx design team. He grew up with a love for BMX and is now a 3 year team rider for SE Bikes. Aside from his passion for BMX Gus enjoys graffiti art, and of course his one true passion; Graphic Design. He looks to take his place at Life AsRx with force, bringing his own flavor to the industry.
Tracy Dominice
Project Manager since 2012
Preferring all things ocean as her source of inspiration, This San Diego Mermaid is native to activity and movement. She is bringing her dynamic attitude and unique personality to the team. A mother of two, a budding chef, she’s all about helping people make things happen and enjoying the journey… especially when it leads back to the ocean.
