Ok so my hammys are samecring from deadlift galore on Wed plus fighting a bit of head cold, I went in a little later this morning to hit the comp WOD. Can’t make it Sat or Sun, so had to do it this morning.First off, I want to say THANK YOU to coach Jay for providing a scaled back version. That is by far a great and smart move on his part to help protect us from not getting hurt.For Men the scaled rounds are 75# 85# 95# -115# (30 reps round).I hit the 1st round in just under 3 minutes at the 75#. So then the next round comes and I put up the next 30 and finished at the 9 minute mark ..I was spent after that.It wasn’t until I got to work that I realized that I messed up the weight!!!!! I went from 75 to 95 and totally skipped the 85# round ..so I am even more pleased with my workout this morning!!! My personal feelings is that I got a better workout this morning then if I tried to go to 135#. And that’s just me, I’m the only person I have to answer to and I can look in the mirror and feel proud of what I did today.Thank you to Jared for counting and pushing me this morning!
